波兰｜幼师交换

春季学期，我们邀请到了6名波兰弗罗茨瓦夫语言高等教育学院教学系的师生，来到中国，在以自然教育为核心的国际幼儿园，参与为期3周的幼师交换项目。其间，具备丰富理论知识与实践经验的外籍师生，为该园各个班级的孩子们，以欧洲的幼教模式与课程设计授课，并观摩中国幼师的授课方法。在外籍教师与该园各位老师的精心组织下，成功举办了西方复活节和国际植树节两项文化与自然户外结合的主题活动，收获一致好评，并登上波兰弗罗兹瓦夫当地电视台与当地报纸，被称为“一次极为成功且有意义的交换项目”。

In the spring semester, we invited six students and teachers from the Teaching Department of the Philological School of Higher Education in Wroclaw, Poland, to come to China for a 3-week preschool teacher exchange program at an international kindergarten with a focus on nature education. During this period, the foreign students and teachers, who possessed rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience, taught the children in various classes using the European pre-school education models and curriculum designs, while also observing the teaching methods of Chinese preschool teachers. Under the careful organization of the foreign teachers and the local teachers at the kindergarten, two themed activities combining Western Easter traditions and International Arbor Day were successfully held, receiving unanimous praise. The event was featured on local radio and newspapers in Wroclaw, Poland, and was hailed as "an extremely successful and meaningful exchange program.”
